CondoPro started with a simple observation: managing a condo building shouldn't require five different systems, a filing cabinet, and a prayer. Property managers were drowning in spreadsheets for payment tracking, email chains for maintenance requests, paper binders for building documents, and phone tag with residents who just wanted a status update.
We built CondoPro to replace all of that with one cohesive platform. Every feature was designed by people who've actually managed buildings — who've been the ones fielding calls at midnight about a burst pipe, chasing down late payments, and trying to coordinate elevator reservations for three move-ins on the same day.
Today, CondoPro serves condominiums, HOAs, and strata councils across North America — from intimate 20-unit buildings to sprawling multi-tower complexes. And we're just getting started.
