These rules apply when you join the CondoPro agent program and use the independent agent portal.

Who can join
You do not need a CondoPro client account. The agent portal at /agent is separate. Applications stay pending until CondoPro activates them. We may decline an application.
Your referral link
After activation you receive a unique referral code and link. We remember the last valid referral for 30 days. If a visitor signs up in that window, that client is attributed to you unless another valid attribution already exists.
Commissions
You earn 0% of the first paid invoice for a newly attributed client. When recurring commissions are on, later paid invoices for that client pay 5%. Unpaid, cancelled, refunded, or voided invoices do not pay. Amounts are usually in CAD. A daily cron backfills a missed paid invoice.
Multi-tier recruiting
You may recruit other agents with your recruit link. When an agent you sponsored earns a sale or recurring commission, active sponsors up the chain earn the configured tier rates (defaults tier 2 4%, tier 3 2%, tier 4 1%). A sponsor cycle is not paid. A 0% tier is skipped.
Payouts
New commissions start as pending in the agent portal. CondoPro marks them payable after review and pays them according to the payout method we confirm with you. We may hold or void commissions that look fraudulent, duplicated, or tied to a refund.
What you may not do
Do not refer yourself or a company you control just to collect commission. Do not spam, buy fake traffic, stuff cookies, bid on CondoPro trademarks, or claim you work for CondoPro. Do not promise prices or features we have not published.
Brand and confidentiality
You may say you are a CondoPro agent and share your link. You may not use our logos in a way that suggests you are CondoPro. Portal stats and referred client details stay confidential.
Changes and ending the account
We may update this policy, the commission rate, or the cookie window. Material changes appear on this page. CondoPro may suspend or archive an agent account for abuse, inactivity, or a policy breach. You may stop participating by contacting us.
