CondoPro is provided for property management, owner communication, billing, maintenance, document sharing, amenities, and related community operations. Users must keep account credentials secure and may only access data they are authorized to view.
Customer content remains the responsibility of the customer. CondoPro processes that data to provide the service, support the account, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Subscription fees, billing cycles, usage charges, taxes, and cancellation terms are governed by the active order or subscription plan. Accounts must remain in good standing to keep paid services active.
We work to keep CondoPro reliable and secure. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, network issues, emergency updates, or misuse may affect availability.
