Do I need to be a CondoPro client?
No. The agent portal is independent. You do not need a manager account.
How do I get paid?
You earn 0% on the first paid invoice for a referred client, then 5% on later paid invoices when recurring commissions are on. The portal shows the detail.
How long does a referral last?
We keep the cookie for 30 days. If they sign up in that window, the client is yours.
When can I start sharing?
As soon as CondoPro activates your account. New applications stay pending during review.
Can I recruit other agents?
Yes. Share your recruit link. When an agent you sponsored earns a sale, you earn the multi-tier rates (defaults 4%, 2%, and 1%).
