Menu

1. Access and sign in

Contractors use the dedicated contractor portal with the email invited by property management.

  • Open /contractor/login or the contractor login link provided by management.
  • Sign in with the contractor email on your vendor record.
  • Use password reset if you cannot sign in, or ask management to confirm your email.
  • Sign out from a shared device when finished.
Notes
  • Do not share contractor credentials. Each vendor account should belong to one company contact.
2. Dashboard overview

The dashboard summarizes assigned work and highlights what needs attention today.

  • Review Assigned, Due today, and Priority counts on the dashboard cards.
  • Open Current assignments for the latest work orders.
  • Use View all to open the full Assignments list.
  • Use the sidebar for Dashboard, Assignments, and Profile.
3. Assignments list

Assignments show every open or recent work order linked to your contractor account.

  • Open Assignments to browse work orders by status, priority, and schedule.
  • Use filters when available to find due, urgent, or completed work.
  • Open a work order to see building, unit, description, and update history.
  • Confirm you are looking at the correct property before visiting the site.
4. Work order details

Each work order contains the job details managers expect you to follow.

  • Open a work order from the dashboard or Assignments.
  • Review title, priority, scheduled date, building, unit, and description.
  • Check notes and attachments before starting work.
  • Contact management if access instructions, keys, or scope are unclear.
Notes
  • Only work on orders assigned to your contractor account.
5. Updating work status

Status updates keep property managers informed and close the operations loop.

  • Open the work order and choose the correct status update.
  • Mark progress when work starts, is blocked, or is completed.
  • Add a clear note when the situation changes, especially for delays or parts needed.
  • Submit the update so management can notify owners or continue the request workflow.
Notes
  • Do not leave completed work in an open status.
6. Profile and company details

Profile keeps your contact information accurate for dispatch and follow-up.

  • Open Profile to review your name, company, email, and phone.
  • Update contact details when they change so managers can reach you.
  • Confirm the login email still matches the contractor record used by management.
7. Site visits and access

Follow property rules when arriving on site for assigned work.

  • Arrive during the scheduled window shown on the work order when possible.
  • Check in with building staff or the instructions provided by management.
  • Limit work to the unit or common area described in the assignment.
  • Report access problems immediately through the work-order update or management contact.
8. Getting support

Property management is your first contact for assignment and access questions.

  • For schedule, access, or scope questions, contact the assigning property manager.
  • For login issues, use password reset or ask management to verify your contractor email.
  • When reporting a portal problem, include the work-order number, property name, and the page where it happened.
