1. Access and sign in
Owners access the portal from the property-specific owner URL provided by management.
- Open the owner portal link for your property, for example /{building}/owner.
- Sign in with the email address invited by management.
- Use the password reset option if you cannot sign in.
- Keep your profile email current because notices, messages, and survey links depend on it.
2. Dashboard
The dashboard shows the most important owner information in one place.
- Review open requests, recent announcements, upcoming bookings, unread messages, and payment reminders.
- Use the sidebar to open Units, Requests, Amenities, Bookings, Announcements, Forum, Surveys, Messages, Payments, Documents, and Profile.
- Use Logout when using a shared device.
3. Profile and security
Profile controls your personal details and login security.
- Open Profile to update your name, phone, address, email, and password.
- Confirm your preferred language when available so communications use the correct language.
- Keep emergency or alternate contacts current if your property uses them.
4. Units
Units display your property records as maintained by management.
- Open Units to review unit number, building, floor, occupancy details, parking, locker, and related records.
- Open a unit detail page to see requests, documents, violations, or messages connected to that unit.
- Contact management if unit information is incorrect.
5. Requests and violations
Requests are used for maintenance or service needs. Violations are official notices requiring attention.
- Open Requests to create a new request with a clear title, description, unit, category, and attachment when useful.
- Follow the request status until management or a contractor resolves it.
- Open Violations to review notices, due dates, evidence, and resolution notes.
- Use messages or the request thread for follow-up instead of creating duplicate requests.
6. Amenities and bookings
Amenities show available shared spaces and booking rules.
- Open Amenities to view availability, rules, capacity, fees, and maintenance closures.
- Use Bookings to request or review reservations.
- Wait for approval when the amenity requires manager approval.
- Cancel or update bookings according to the property rules shown in the portal.
7. Announcements, forum, and surveys
Community tools keep owners informed and involved.
- Open Announcements for official property notices.
- Use Forum for community discussions in the appropriate category.
- Open Surveys to answer active surveys before the expiration date.
- Published survey results may remain visible after expiration if management allows it.
8. Messages
Messages are direct conversations with management.
- Open Messages to read or send a message.
- Use a clear subject and include the related unit, request, booking, or payment when relevant.
- Attach files only when they help management act faster.
9. Payments and invoices
Payments show balances, invoices, receipts, and manually processed payments recorded by management.
- Open Payments to review outstanding balances and payment history.
- Open an invoice to see details, due dates, and notes.
- If your property processes check, e-transfer, cash, or offline payments, management records the payment manually after it is received.
- Contact management if a payment you made is not visible after normal processing time.
10. Documents and projects
Documents and projects keep official property information accessible.
- Open Documents for bylaws, minutes, forms, notices, policies, and owner resources.
- Open Projects to follow capital work, milestones, status updates, and published details.
- Download or view documents only for your personal or board-related use.
11. Getting support
Your property manager is the first support contact for property-specific questions.
- For unit, payment, booking, or violation questions, contact property management from Messages or Contact information.
- For login issues, use password reset or ask management to verify your owner email.
- When reporting a problem, include your property name, unit, browser, and the page where it happened.
