  • Clients use the /client portal to administer their properties and operational data.
  • Owners use the /{building}/owner portal link provided by their property manager.
  • Payments can be processed manually by the Root administrator when external gateways are not enabled.
  • Email, SMS, announcements, and surveys should respect the client or owner language preference.
